Tasks

  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements, acting as a visionary for future IT Products and Services.
  • Support development teams
  • Collaborate with IT Product Managers to ensure developed solutions align with evolving customer needs and long-term business goals.
  • Perform technical and functional design of application and infrastructure components for new solutions.
  • Manage the application lifecycle, including research, design, testing, and implementation within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
  • Serve as a liaison between Business Product Management and technical resources to ensure the integrity of delivered solutions.
  • Ensure Built-In Quality by implementing quality requirements and engineering practices according to Digital standards.
  • Produce documentation regarding current challenges, future requirements, and benefits tailored to the customer audience.

Profile

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a PLM or complex IT environment.
  • Practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management or Change Processes within the aviation industry is highly appreciated.
  • Technical affinity, with an understanding of relational databases, Java, Service Oriented Architecture, or Angular.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for audiences ranging from senior management to developers.
  • English at negotiation level is mandatory.
