Tasks
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements, acting as a visionary for future IT Products and Services.
- Support development teams
- Collaborate with IT Product Managers to ensure developed solutions align with evolving customer needs and long-term business goals.
- Perform technical and functional design of application and infrastructure components for new solutions.
- Manage the application lifecycle, including research, design, testing, and implementation within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
- Serve as a liaison between Business Product Management and technical resources to ensure the integrity of delivered solutions.
- Ensure Built-In Quality by implementing quality requirements and engineering practices according to Digital standards.
- Produce documentation regarding current challenges, future requirements, and benefits tailored to the customer audience.
Profile
- Educational background in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a PLM or complex IT environment.
- Practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management or Change Processes within the aviation industry is highly appreciated.
- Technical affinity, with an understanding of relational databases, Java, Service Oriented Architecture, or Angular.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for audiences ranging from senior management to developers.
- English at negotiation level is mandatory.
