Missions

Step out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself with the opportunity to gain more experience on the job involving yourself in writing a thesis within the field of Talent Acquisition in the Automotive Sector.

Currently the Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Bachelorand / Masterand (f/m/d) to join our team.

Challenges for the thesis:

  • Elaborate a University recruiting strategy from A to Z
  • Understand the Faurecia needs
  • Find out new ways to get in touch with young professionals
  • Represent Faurecia on University recruitment event
  • Strengthen our Employer Brand to be

You are

  • Currently enrolled in master or bachelor’s degree program of Business, Economics, Personal management or similar
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are confident in working in the MS Office Suite
  • Proactive, solution orientated and analytical way of working
  • First work experience will be a plus
