Your Mission

  • Creating and preparing decision memos and presentations for the director
  • Meeting and event management as part of a team: organize meetings regarding all relevant aspects such as: calendar management, preparation and wrap up, guest and invitation management, content, costs & location
  • Travel management: planning and organization of business trips and ensure the correct payoff the travel and credit card costs
  • Handling all business correspondence in German & English
  • Contact person for all topics of internal and external interfaces of the Director
  • Proxy of other assistant functions e.g. Assistant to Managing Director AIG
  • Supporting the directors committee in confidential affairs
  • Service guests and visitors of the Director
  • Handling Crisis Management
  • Internal communication: Invite others to important meetings and events and have a follow up on those

Your profile

  • Successfully finished apprenticeship
  • Ability to think in an entrepreneurial way
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Notes)
  • Interested in modern communication tools & technique such as (Smartphones, Ipad, Apps, Tandberg-Systems, Internet, etc.)
  • Flexibility to take over ad-hoc projects
  • Knowledge of general operating law, occupational safety and regulations
  • Absolutely fluent in German and Englisch (French is plus)
