Missions

• Support all key HR processes: People Review (preparation, calibration, action plan, follow up…), Budget, STAR pre-assessment…
• Support Group Operations governance
• Monitor the VIE program for Operations (recruitment, mission follow up, monitoring of career path)
• Support specific projects in Operations (LEAP, SPA…)
• Build mappings of selected populations (Digital, TCS, HSE…)
• HR support to the Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) function:
• Headcount follow up and monitoring (forecast, budget)
• Support to the organization implementation: Organization charts, Staffing, Training…

This position is to be filled from January 2021 for a period of 12 months (renewable).

Profile

• Graduated in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Fluent in English
• A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
• Familiar with HR information systems as well as MS Office
• Autonomous, international mind-set and good interpersonal skills
