Analytical Development Project Manager (m/f), Gaillard

Position Description

Our international development laboratory located in Gaillard (about 80 people) is one of the 2 global development centers of the Consumer Health division. It is focused on the development of dermatological, multivitamin and gastrointestinal products.
Within the Analytical Development department, you will be integrated into a team of about twenty people whose missions are resolutely international.
In close collaboration with our Bayer teams located in Switzerland, in Germany and the United States, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Ensure and supervise the development, validation and analytical transfer of the assigned international development projects.
• Ensure the analysis of batches for formulation trials, pilot trials, clinical trials, competitor products and stability studies.
• Lead the team consisting ofscientists.
• Provide the project team with analytical support.
• Produce the analytical parts of assigned pharmaceutical and technical dossier.

Who you are

• Graduated with a Master degree in Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent, you own at least a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• A management experience would be an added-value.
• Rigorous and organized, with good analytical skills and initiative mind-set, you are oriented results with knowledge of the GMP applied to the laboratory.
