Tasks

• Supporting management requests by gathering information, creating presentations, and organizing data for senior leadership.
• Supporting the reporting, planning, and forecasting of Operations FTEs and productivity across different business units.
• Assisting with project management tasks, including organizing meetings, tracking progress on initiatives, and supporting communication across teams.
• Contributing to regular reporting and updates, ensuring smooth communication between global, regional, and local teams.
• Collaborating with various departments on ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.

Profile

• We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is excited to learn more about project management in a global organization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• An interest in project management and working on presentations.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a multicultural environment with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
