What part will you play?

The objective of our Strategy Development department is to define and further develop the strategic direction of Siemens. Furthermore, we collect internal and external information to identify strategic transformation requirements and prepare the corresponding Siemens Managing Board decisions.

• You research, analyze and assess qualitative and quantitative data, e.g. concerning markets, industries and competitors
• You support the creation of presentations and speeches through research activities as well as by preparing and visualizing information
• You work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
• You support strategy projects in order to develop recommendations and action plans
• Where applicable, you can discuss with the Senior Management the results of your analysis

• You are an enrolled student with a background in engineering, business or economics
• You have interest in strategic topics and an affinity for numbers
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially of Excel and PowerPoint
• You can communicate fluently in English and knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Quick thinking as well as an analytic and structured approach to problems defines you
