The missions

• Support the coordination of all technical activities related to tooling, fixtures & gages for perimeter.
• Liaise with process expert in case of feasibility risk.
• Follow up Process Functional Analysis.
• Support to build a detailed timing plan for tools, fixtures & gages.
• Implement all changes on Tooling, Fixtures, Gages related to product and/or production system (as of Engineering Change Management).
• Participate on lessons learned after Tooling, Fixtures, Gages final approval to update generic specifications and standards.
• Support Tool Coordinators to act as the interface between Program Manufacturing Leader (PML), Plant Program Team leader (PPTL) and Tooling Buyer.
• Track together with PML tool, fixture, gage design, build and set-up till final acceptance at PT stage.
• Lead, under PML/PPTL and Tool Coordinator supervision, technical reviews & acceptance meetings with suppliers.

Profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic technical skills on product and process (welding), GD&T, Fixturing & Gaging
• Fluent in English, good level in German
• Ability to commit as a project manager for his/her perimeter, Comfortable with communication
• International mind set
