The main missions

• Support building the new GBS Payroll SSC structure
• Support the development of concepts and presentations for the HR SSC transformation
• Benchmarking of HR SSC organizations
• Coordinate and consolidate the global monthly reporting (GBS Dashboard)
• Follow up of project activities
• This VIE mission will last 12 months.

Profile

• Master’s degree in business administration / business school
• Fluent in English, other language is a plus
• International mind-set
• 1st experience in a Group is beneficial
• Interest in project development management
