Missions

• Define process and industrial equipment by taking into account product and production constrains, regulation and best practices.
• Support programs, plants, and suppliers for product feasibility, manufacturability, M-o-B, costing, process issues
• Manage industrialisation of new machines/tooling until successful deployment in plants per program’ milestones
• Support processes development and improvement of tooling and equipment
• Specify tooling and equipment and assure validation, reception and start-up of tooling and equipment

Profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical / engineering or equivalent with ideally 1/2 years of experience
• A first experience in automotive industry in mechanical or assembly fields will be appreciated.
• Skills in mechanical construction are necessary. Additional knowledge in machining/material/thermal treatment will be appreciated
• Ability to structure and capitalize know-how
• International mind-set and open to travel (30%-50%) mainly in Europe
• Bi-lingual in English. German or other language will be a plus
