Missions

• Collaborate with program controllers and cost center managers on R&D cost monitoring (business plans, monthly result)
• Nearshoring Profitability follow up (development activities in east Europe)
• Ensure financial awareness of engineering operational teams:
• Follow up on engineering development activities ensuring timely invoicing and proper communication with relevant departments and accounting
• Support the be-weekly work order report and related action plan
• Provide management with ad'hoc analysis and KPI Dashboard

Profile

• Master's degree in finance
• First experience in Controlling
• MS Office skills, especially Excel , SAP CO knowledge
• Team player with extended communication skills and international mindset
• Well organized, analytical and reliable
• Fluent in English (German beneficial)
