The main missions

• Coordination of Faurecia Universities registrations, attendance and billing
• Coordination of Division processes/topics upon need (salary review, Great Place to Work…)
• Assistance to the Division HRD on ad-hoc topics
• This VIE mission will last 12 months (renewable).

Profile

• Master's Degree with a specialization in HR
• A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
• Good MS office and IT skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
• Rigor, attention to detail, good organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• International mindset
