Your role and responsibilities

• Being responsible for an employee population, e.g. students / graduates / temporary staff
• Assist the local HR team in the implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up
• Support in deployment and follow-up of annual processes (performance management, salary review ...)
• Being responsible for one or several specific topics, like international mobility or employee empowerment
• Act as contact person for employees to ensure efficient administration processes

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

Who are you?

• Master’s degree diploma in HR or Business School with HR specialization
• Fluent in English, minimum of intermediate level of German
• A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
• Good MS office and IT skills, experience in SAP Success Factors is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set
• Good organizational skills
• International mindset
