Your role and responsibilities?

Work with Engineering Program Development teams

Be a machines referent for the BG and the interface with divisions and clusters

• Align existing programs
• Identify the need of HSE Support/ participation
• Split through the HSE team uncovered projects and track its evolution

Be the ergonomics referent

• Support the drive of ergonomic program deployment and participate in the coaching of divisions and plants in its implementation

HSE Data Consolidation and Digital transformation for the BG

• Process & Tools support for the BG /divisions and Plants
• Support HSE digital transformation and Innovation

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

Who are you?

• Master’s degree in HSE (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English
• First experience in the HSE department as operational in an industrial environment
• Proactive
• International mindset
