The main missions

• The candidate will support the HR Generalist of the plant in her daily work and learn all about the daily business in the HR department.
• He/she will support the work on the time management system, training plan and other organizational topics and supports the recruiting process for open positions.
• Furthermore he/she will take part in internal and external audits.
• The candidate will learn about the Faurecia Excellence System and will work on its implementation in the plant, especially the Employee Empowerment part.
• He/she will get a clear view on labor law in the daily business and the work with the works council.

The length of the VIE is 12 months.

Profile

• Business School with a Master’s degree in HR
• A first experience is a plus
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong teamwork sense
• Languages: English, German intermediate
