The main missions

• Responsible for the monthly and yearly reporting and forecast (Headcounts, HR KPIs such as Absenteeism, Resignation Rate, Overtime, Internal Mobility, Gender Diversity, Training, etc.)
• Elaboration of headcount and staff costs budgets in close collaboration with HR Manager & Finance Controllers
• Ad-hoc reports for HR, Finance or Department Managers
• Responsible of HR data accuracy for a scope of 6 sites (Production Sites, R&D Centre and European HQ), about 2.000 employees
• The length of the VIE is 12 months (could be renewed once until 24 months).

Profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Controlling or Finance
• First experience in HR or Controlling is appreciated
• Fluent in English, German and French would be a plus
• Highly organized with strong problem solving skills
• Autonomous and detail oriented
• Good communication skills
