For Defence & Security in Unterschleißheim / Munich within the department SPMS - Supply Management
we are looking for a VIE, supporting the Procurement Controlling & Reporting activities.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and improve DS sourcing reports
• Improve and control procurement data quality
• Support running projects
• Analyse and monitor supplier financial risk
• Develop and implement communication means for DS Supply Management
• Administration and Training of Sourcing Tools (SourceIT)
• Manage DS Supply Management Intranet

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Experience in Supply Management / Procurement
• Experience in working with SAP and databases (e.g. Access)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• German language skills desirable
