V.I.E. Sales Assistant, Munich

Our Seating Division is looking for a Sales Assistant under VIE contract for its Customer Office at München (Germany).

Missions:

• The role of a Sales Assistant is to support the Sales Engineers in negociations, establishing sales reporting and documentation.
• The VIE intern will join meetings with all internal functions and be responsible to get together necessary information for negotiations.
• He/She will also bring information condensed in customer orientated format and edit Sales Reporting on weekly and monthly basis to highlight key performance factors so they are standardized and simplified.

This VIE assignment will be for a period of 6 to 12 months. It will begin as soon as possible but the recruitment process can take up to 2 months due to administrative steps.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Student with engineering and/or economical back ground with a specialisation in Sales
• Results orientated with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
• International mind set, strong analytical skills
• Minimim bi-lingual (English required, some German a plus)
