V.I.E. Sales and Planning Process Improvement Analyst (f/m), Hamburg

Tasks

The main tasks, assigned to this position, are the analysis of existing processes and the identification of improvement potentials and options.
The position holder is responsible for defining, redesigning and implementing continuous improvement measures in relation to the sales and planning processes.

The aim is to ensure and maintain high level of customer service and effective communication with involved oragnizational units.

In addition, the employee documents all business processes related to the area of responsibility, including the addition of new software and reporting tools.

Your skills

We are looking for a highly engaged team player who is able to organise his/her work in an autonomous and independent way.

• Bachelor or Master in Information Techology or Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics - gained through work experience or graduate level education
• Sound knowledge in analysis and optimization of business processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and to decompose high-level information into details
• Firm knowledge of Sales and Planning Processes and Methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
• German appreciated
• SAP knowledge would be an asset
• Previous experience in working abroad appreciated
