V.I.E. Project Management Officer, Hamburg

Tasks

In this context, the jobholder's main activities will be to provide support to:

• supply market assessments and supplier assessments
• preparation of relevant data for CFT (Call For Tender) packs, such as NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), contracts and contractual documents, forms, templates and documents
• proposal assessments, selection processes and all relevant activities of the contract signature steps
• daily supplier relationship management, preparation of contract amendments, documents and supplier performance data together with the associated support functions
• all projects impacting the contractual terms and conditions for the products and/or suppliers, such as value creation, (P8/P8+) projects, transfer of work projects, claims or liabilities management
• strategy definition and implementation by the Strategic Supplier Managers and Operational Supplier Managers
• risk management of strategic suppliers together with the associated support functions
• miscellaneous transversal projects, such as material enablement, tools and process implementation, etc.
• daily administrative work within the department, such as monthly reporting, preparation of minutes of meeting, update of work package list, etc.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Law, Business Adminsitration, Economics or equivalent
• First experience in project and process management or procurement
• Previous experience in working abroad is appreciated
• Good communication and team working skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP is appreciated
• English: Negotiation level
• German: Intermediate
