Tasks

The main missions of the role are to:

Support on Central tasks

• Responsible for month end closings and reporting for the local Group central unit : Sales declaration by customer, consolidation of P&L by contributors, P&L and cash flow forecast. 
• Reporting on central activities ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency 
• Ensure data integrity within the reporting system - run checks and identify / correct errors 
• Responsible for re-invoicing, manual booking and follow up on central activities 
• Provide management with ad'hoc analysis according their requests

Support on Engineering tasks

• Support in administration of local Product and Process Validation activities with focus on prototypes and testing ensuring correct cost transfer following internal procedures 
• Actual vs. Budget deviation analysis on financial results regarding Product and Process Validation activities 
• Contribute to the month closing and budgeting procedure 
• Analysis on costs incurred by nature and contributors against work order budgets 
• Follow-up on working hours declaration 
• Follow up on work order activities maintaining the database and ensuring the invoicing by sales orders in the SAP system 
• Follow up on receivables contributing to cash improvement actions

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Economical degree in Accounting or Finance
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access, SAP CO knowledge, international mindset
• Well organized, analytical and reliable
• English required, French or German beneficial
