V.I.E. Information Communication Technology Process Engineer, Hamburg

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deploying Operational Quality within ICT Domains following agreed Domain Quality Roadmaps
• Supporting project teams on the usage and application of Information &Communication Technology processes, methods &
• tools (GPP, ASCOM, HP PPM, HP QC, Reqtify, CHARM).
• Measuring the efficiency and adherence of Information & Communication Technology Processes through the industrialization of an ICT dashboard (HP PPM) and piloting of ICT lean initiative (Visual management) including analysis of process related KPI and management of Improvement action plans.
• Contributing and leading Quality control activities (assessments, survey, 8D) & track non conformities
• Supporting the ICT manager on the order and delivery managment in front of ICT Quality main supplier (Indian company with offshore activities)

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor / Master in computer sciences, informatics, business informatics or equivalent
• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• Detailed knowledge and experience on MS Office products
• Knowledge in project and process management as well as quality and improvement methods is an advantage
