The HR team of Europe Industries is accountable for the key HR processes and policies for
Europe including Talent Management, Organizational Performance and Compensation & Benefits.
It is a diverse team located in different European locations with a true international spirit.
Mission description
You will be part of the Europe Industries HR Team, reporting to the Talent Development Director.
Your mission will be to support the HR Team in their day to day business as well as to work on
special missions and assignments. In that frame and within the Team, your main responsibilities
will be:
- Support and contribution to Talent Management initiatives (e.g. follow-up of key population management, competency assessments, preparation of analysis, onboarding program and employer branding campaign)
- Support Organizational Performance on HR data intelligence and analysis
- Support Compensation and Benefits annual processes and campaigns within Europe
- Contribution to project related tasks
- Provide insights and suggestions related to other HR projects to be initiated during the assignment
Candidate profile
- Master degree (preferable in HR, Business Administration, Commercial or similar)
- First experience in HR (e.g. internships) would be welcomed
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of engagement and commitment
- Independent, autonomous and structured way of working with high level of flexibility
- International mindset and spirit
- Safety mindset

Offre
- Du 01 septembre 2018 au 01 septembre 2019 (pour 12 mois)
- REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1939€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
