V.I.E. HR Business partner support, Germany

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programme is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to EADS to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). For graduates who would be interested in a career with EADS, this could be the start of a rewarding future in a dynamic and forward-thinking sector.

Tasks

We are looking for a VIE - HR Business Partner support (f/m)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support to the HR Business Partners for the CTO Organisation
• Management of the PhDs
• Participation in national and transnational HR projects
• Support in budget planning and controlling
• HR Controlling / Reporting
• Support in day-to-day business
• Organisation, preparation and taking minutes in meetings and workshops

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field of study
• Team player
• Experience in HR will be a plus
• Able to work precisely and autonomously
• Stress-resistant
• Good communications skills and interested to work with people
• Very good skills in MS Office
• SAP HR R3 skills will be a plus
• English and German: fluent
