V.I.E. Design Quality Assurance Documentary Systems, Donauwörth

For Eurocopter in Ottobrunn and Donauwörth within the department Development Quality Assurance Germany we are looking for a VIE Design Quality Assurance - Documentary Systems (f/m).

Tasks

You will be the Documentary system entry point for Eurocopter Research and Development (R&D) in Germany (ECD), as well as the audit facilitator.

More precisely, your main missions will be:

1.) Documentary system management

• Support the R&D Lead functions in the understanding and implementation of the R&D documentary System
• Support the Quality Department to manage the R&D procedures and instructions
• Manage the ECD R&D Technical and know how documents for their documentary system aspects
• Participate to the quarterly working plan update: Lead function support within ECD and consolidation with EC

2.) Support ISO 9001/EN9100

• Support the R&D Lead functions in the understanding and implementation of ISO 9001/EN9100 standard,
• Ensure that the ISO v2009 requirements are flow down into the R&D documentation,
• Support the R&D Lead function in the preparation of the ISO audit

3.) Support audits: Logistic & organization aspects:

• ECD audits interviews and conclusive meetings schedules elaboration, booking and invitation.
• The position will be based in Ottobrunn and Donauwörth and it will be shifted at the end of 2012 completely to Donauwörth.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Technical and quality background
• English and German: fluent essential
• French is a real advantage
• High communication capabilities
• Convincing rhetorical skills
• Customer orientated
