Tasks

You will be supporting the Organizational Unit Competence and Learning Managers of the Final Assembly Lines in Hamburg.
The department acts as focal point for operational managers in the organizational unit and supports them to develop their team in the scope of all competence- and learning activities, to set priorities, to request, reject and validate training needs in line with learning priorities and budget. It also provides guidance for headcount strategy in collaboration with the Financial department and HR-Business Partners.

In this context, your main tasks will be the following:

• Consolidating transparent mid- and long-term skill requirements and evolution plans for the Hamburg Final Assembly Lines (FALs) with cross validation of available and required resources
• Performing and regularly refreshing the Hamburg FAL's resource requirements
• Regularly informing the Competence & Learning Manager about the Competence & Learning progress during the year
• Monitoring the learning needs collection progress inside the FALs Hamburg
• Monitoring and ensuring the competence interview progress in the organizational units

Profil

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Business Management or Finance
• Previous working experience in management, controlling or finance is required
• Advanced skills in MS Office and basic experience with SAP
• English fluent, German advanced, basic French skills are an advantage
