UI / UX Engineer (m/w/d), Erlangen

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You understand from the customer-interfacing solution development team the functional requirements and boundary conditions of customers regarding data source integration at healthcare providers
• You are responsible for creating wireframes for new use cases to be tested and refined during co-creation with customers
• You apply design thinking methodology to target persona development and ideation
• You are responsible for defining technical requirements for frontend infrastructure for a new real-time data platform as well as performance dashboards
• You effectively communicate technical requirements to external frontend scrum team
• You support frontend scrum teams with responsive design implementation on various form factors
• You are responsible for defining qualitative criteria for successful frontend development as well as for verifying quality of delivered work packages from scrum team

Your qualifications and experience

• You have a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar field
• You have long term experience in building usability testing metrics and in A/B testing methodology
• You can execute design thinking methodologies for target persona development
• You offer profound knowledge of Wireframing tools
• You understand design aspects related to various form factors and offer CSS and HTML knowledge for responsive design
• You have a basic understanding of modern web frameworks
• Ideally you already gained experience in healthcare businesses

• You are a strong team player used to work effectively with international and often remotely located colleagues
• You are a smart and curious person with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, eager to learn and apply new technologies to create state-of-the-art platform
• You are willing and able to travel (~ 20%)
• Your knowledge of English is at negotiation level and ideally you have good German language skills
