Your role

• Creating, checking and optimizing the assembly process
• Updating all assembly process related documents (e.g., MTM, Flow Charts)
• Following LID Concept in the equipment design
• Creation of technical specification for equipment
• Implementation of new techniques and strategies in the processes and equipment
• Active collaboration in the change management process
• Interface for technical solution with customer in the assembly process
• Management of all tightening related standards
• Developments of new tightening techniques

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineering or manufacturing background
• Experience in automotive industry
• Automation processes (Robots, AGVs/LGVs, Sensors, Tightening’s)
• Lean industrial design and industrial IT knowledge (SPS, PLC-, Robots Programming)
• Basic Skills in finance/calculation
• Ability to analyse and optimise complex processes in assembly and logistics
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and Management of interdisciplinary teams
• Experience abroad or cross-culture experience as a plus
• Energy Management knowledge (ISO 50001) and Environment Management knowledge (ISO 14001)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & German
• Very good communication skills within different levels and departments and plants in SAS
• Working in different work and organizational structure
• Contributing or implementing ideas and suggestions
