As a Technico Commercial, you will be responsible for prospecting new contract opportunities, managing customer relations and partnerships and organizing follow-up.

PROFILS

Real team "Player", curious, proactive, autonomous and endowed with a sense of trade and customer service and knowledge of Taxation on intra-community VAT, you have ideally proved your worth during your first professional experience in prospecting with B to B customers in the provision of service.

MISSIONS

Prospecting

  • Development of a prospect base
  • Establishment of a prospecting schedule
  • Analysis and recommendations

Management of the client portfolio

  • Retention of existing customers
  • Responses to requests
  • Development of additional contracts

Administrative

  • Customer risk analysis
  • Realization of commercial proposals
  • Entering all customer procedures and filling in customer and / or prospect files in the CRM tool
  • Collaboration with the N + 1
  • Inform, advise and serve our national and international customers
  • Meet the requirements of our customers

COMPETANCE & TRAINING

  • Written and oral communication German / English (French would be a plus)
  • Business development
  • Knowing how to adapt your communication to the different interlocutors as part of the sales pitch
  • Identify new needs and offer a complementary or subsidiary service
  • Negotiate and sell the group's products and services
  • Use professional social networks (webinar, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Be comfortable with the telephone tool in order to master hooking techniques
  • Listening to your contacts in order to discover your needs
  • Minimum 1 year

ABOUT THE APPLICATION

  • Permanent contract: 39 hours
  • Position based in Frankfurt on oder, internal training at the head office in France
