Missions

• Develop product ranges strategies that meet consumers needs in line with distribution channels and key accounts.
• Identify key market trends that impact channels and develop strategies to optimize profitability.
• Develop and manage a merchandising/product Area plan to deliver in accordance with key performance indicators and Area objectives.
• Stimulate growth opportunities to optimize revenue and margin growth.
• Influence the future strategy on your range based on sophisticated performances, consumers, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to promote seasonal initiatives on key products.
• Closely cooperate with global and local partners (Merchandising, Sales, Key Accounts, Development to develop the product strategy and ensure the final collection is reflecting market needs

Profile

• You graduated in Marketing/Sales, and you have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales fields within the sports/fashion/textile industry.
• You have a good understanding of the consumers, brand environment and distribution.
• You are a true leader, handling Shakespeare's language perfectly and you will be able to communicate our product needs to the Global teams.
• You are organized, precise, analytical, rigorous and respectful of deadlines.
• You have excellent MS-Office skills, that will be used on a daily basis!
