Your new responsibilities

  • Guiding the Digital Transition of the Solution Sales Organization in the assigned countries within Region Europe towards a target application landscape – considering Region Europe’s standards and local requirements
  • Ensure Product Management for Sales Applications, providing insights to application and data optimization
  • Definition and further development of the Sales Application Target Landscape, considering end-to-end processes and dataflow in close collaboration with IT
  • Define and roll out improvement initiatives supporting Region Europe’s strategy and towards sustainable business impact
  • Track implementation and drive adoption rate for applications, processes and use of insights (data)
  • Support countries to implement change and improvement measures
  • Governance for Sales Applications and related processes and data on Europe level
  • Lead a distributed team of professionals

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in a technical field, computer science or similar education
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a solutions sales position, preferable in the field of building management and in a multinational technology co-operation
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading implementation and change management programs, with focus on internal IT/Software solutions within an industrial environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role, preferably within a sales or IT position
  • An ability to work well in an interdisciplinary, agile and multi-cultural environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
  • Good understanding of customers/user behaviour and the ability to explain your area of expertise to non-experts from C-level to field community
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English. German and an additional European language (e.g. French) would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the European building market gives you an appropriate, sound background
  • Travel activity 10 – 20%
