Your tasks

• Independent operation of Windows and Linux server systems
• Database administration of Oracle and MS SQL-server databases
• Administration and further development of SAN concepts (EMC, Netapp) and VMware environments
• Creation of data protection concepts and implementation of backup recovery scenarios
• Implementation of IT security solutions according to company standards
• Support in embedding IoT solutions
• Participation in interdisciplinary Industry 4.0 projects

Your profile

• University degree in Computer Science or completed training as an IT specialist with a degree as a state-certified technician
• Experience in system administration of servers and database systems
• Experience in the administration of storage and virtualization systems
• Programming skills in .NET framework and HTML 5 desirable
• Knowledge in database programming based on PL/SQL and T-SQL
• Solution-oriented and structured approach
• Good command of spoken and written German and English
