Supply Chain and Logistics Manager - Interim Manager (m/f/x), Near Rennes
What we count on you for - Your mission
- Implementation of all Processes: From procurement to distribution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Planning, Supply, and Process Management: Optimizing the production of seeds and embryos from high-performance selection programs for breeding, monitoring key performance indicators, managing inventory, and ensuring timely availability.
- Logistics Operations: Overseeing daily logistics operations, leading optimization projects, and implementing the storage policy.
- Control and Organization: Managing all flows of goods, organizing departmental activities, implementing the company's strategy, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Team Leadership and Management: Developing the department's training plan, promoting company values, and conducting internal department meetings.
- Continuous Improvement and QMS: Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Budget Management: Contributing to budget creation and approving service invoices if they are less than €5,000.
Why we want you on our team - your strengths
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar, with a focus on Supply Chain Management
- Professional experience in Project Management
- Understanding of processes along the value chain
- Mastery of cost structure and ROI calculation
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and Planning Software
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken - Company Language). German and French are a plus
- Strong Ability to work in an unstructured work environment, adaptable, flexible
