The main missions

• Protect the cluster against Supplier Quality perturbation
• Guarantee safe launch for his/her cluster
• Reports PPAP status in launch phase ( pull system of information with PSQ engineers )
• Promote the deployment of SES tools at Suppliers
• Analyse Supplier Quality performance at cluster level ( Red list, ppm, received ppm , PF 4 )
• Monitor the audits/workshops planning @ cluster level
• Manage the SQA team of his/her cluster.
• Perform quality audits at suppliers ( VDA, SPQA ) when escalation from SQA.
• Monitor the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the series buyers
• Perform assessment according to FAURECIA standards and supports the Commodity buyer to obtain efficient action plan.
• Give recommendations for supplier selection in programs and series
• Assists Commodity buyers on Panel Management by Supplier Assessment & Development activities

Profile

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a production environment ( Production, Quality, Lean Manufacturing )
• Experience in team management
