Missions

As manager for Serial Life, he/she is responsible for the achievement and improvement of the programs after SOP in terms of Quality and Profitability. The Serial Life manager acts as a Faurecia Program representative towards the customer. In his/her role he/she is responsible for several programs.

• Customer Management
• Manage & consolidate serial life business performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Customer score card, Serial life P&L, VCM, VA/VEs…) by brands
• Cascade Program objectives on to the functions
• Ensure the necessary resources are available from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineering…)
• Initiate in strong relationship with the Operations/ Plants and manage convergence plan to achieve the targets
• Apply Engineering Change Management process
• Ensure a permanent reservoir of productivity ideas
• Ensure program documentation organization for data continuity between customers, suppliers, R&D centres and Plants,
• Organize communication throughout the program life including confidentiality management,
• Continuously workout best practices together with the different functions to achieve an improvement of productivity
• Work on best practices and lessons learned with plants, suppliers and customers
• Ensure that the functions use the Faurecia standard tools
• Ensure the compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards

Profile

• General management mind-set to drive the overall business performance across matrix organizations
• Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
• Experience in Design & Development or in Industrial Operations in Automotive sector
• Seniority: 10 experience years minimum
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, functional analysis)
• Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal) or
• Program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)
• English fluent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Network animation and influencing skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization in a cooperative and positive way
