Grow through professional challenges

  • Lead the deal process locally and provide expert knowledge on the location capabilities to clients upon request of the Head of Sales or Global Relationship Managers, including technical expertise for answering Requests for Proposal (RfP) on new and existing clients
  • Identify and actively drive local market opportunities with existing clients and prospects
  • Contribute to new business deals, business at risk deals or RfP processes driven by other Locations but concerning services booked locally only
  • Ensure short response times, service excellence and a high level of performance
  • Share client information in a disciplined manner, among others through the CRM platform

Impress with your skills

  • Apprenticeship and university degree
  • Minimum of 6-8 years working experience and 1-2 years in client management, ideally with strong client service knowledge in local custody
  • Knowledge of the Securities Services industry across all client segments (buy side and sell side)
  • Experience in aiming at exceeding clients’ expectations, by seeking tailored solutions to their specific needs, and going even further where possible
  • Knowledge of defining business/strategic objectives, ensuring their consistency and the direction to follow, strengthens the company’s market position and influences its strategic decisions based on a clear, well-thought-out view of the future
  • Strong German and English language skills (fluent)
