Your Mission

• Development of shortand medium-term strategies to grow specific Aptamil portfolio
• Initiate and lead the development of new products through to excellent market execution
• Development and implementation of the key marketing support programmes
• Optimizing the value chain of the brand
• Develop agency briefs, manage delivery and motivate agency teams to deliver best
• Lead and develop brand manager
• Lead and align cross functional and inter-national teams on specific projects and market deliveries
• Track and report key business and consumer KPI’s to evolve plans to deliver maximum growth
• Responsibility for managing associated A&P budget

Your Profile

• University degree (Diploma or Master)
• Min. 5 years experience in brand management in leading FMCG companies
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as responsible work style
• Clear consumer understanding
• Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation skills
• Analytical strength plus creativity
• Professional appearance, very good communication and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, fluent German is essential, knowledge of French is an advantage
