Your new responsibilities
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as PI planning / "Inspect and Adapt" workshops
- Facilitating periodic synchronization meetings, including the Scrum of Scrum / ART synchronization at program level
- Collaborating with product and portfolio management, product owners, software architects and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Tracking and reporting of ART KPI metrics and partnering with teams to develop and implement improvement plans as necessary
- Assisting the teams in identifying and removing blockers and acting as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved within the ART
- Being an internal advocate for Lean and Agile / SAFe principles
- Purchase order management and coordination with external suppliers
- Budget management and forecasting for all resources required for the ART
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field
- 3 to 5 years as Release Train Engineer or R&D Project Lead or R&D Program Manager in an agile environment, preferably in a B2B industry at headquarters level
- HVAC knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong technical background and experience in leading teams to produce high quality software
- Ability to lead by influence in an environment with different stakeholders and partners
- Ability and passion to deliver customer value
- Experience in a large, multi-cultural, international environment and working with distributed teams
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German would be desirable
