Missions

Take responsibility: You coordinate, organize and align national and international (publicly funded) projects.
Use your creativity and freedom: You develop, align and establish product release strategies (standards, legislation, liability).
Integrated implementation: You are concerned with the coordination of project contracting, internal release processes and decisions.
Reliable implementation: You are responsible for workshop concept development, moderation and post processing.
Networked communication: You provide internal and external communication on project status.
Structured evaluation: You are responsible for the assessment of market and competitors and align strategic product orientation with regard to intellectual property and economic feasibility.
Structured observation: You analyze market enablers and obstacles for product introduction within specific industrial sectors (e.g. autonomous driving) and social context.

Profile

• Personality: highly motivated, conscientious and capability of complex comprehension
• Working Practice: autonomous, creative and target oriented
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in innovation management and strategy development, skills and experience in cross-organizational project management, basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and application domains with focus on safety, security and robustness (e.g. autonomous driving, robotics, consumer goods, powertrain and industrial applications) and basic legal knowledge
• Qualifications: highly professional skills in documentation/ publishing (German and English)
• Education: university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in engineering sciences, business science or related subjects
