The main missions

• Manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative
• Manage Program scope, profitability and contract
• Manage a core team
• Prepare and submit to Management the Request For Quotation Approval
• Build the initial Business Plan, including the Program Investment Approval, with the Program Controller
• Monitor the Program and track progress through a Business Plan and updates, Budget Reports, Program Reviews
• Release investments according to the Group´s controlling procedures
• Conduct Risk/Opportunity analysis and manage appropriate action plans
• Ensure that "make or buy" decisions are documented and taken in due time
• Staff the different teams appropriately
• Manage the different teams through objective setting and the assignment of work packages
• Organise communications through-out the project life cycle
• Organise key Program information filling (Program files) to ensure Program continuity
• Ensure proper Program transfer from Development Centre to Plant
• Knowledge of current trends in Sales, Purchase, Development, Quality and Production.

Profile

• Masters degree in engineering
• Minimum 7 years of job experience in an industrial environment
• Minimum 3-5 years of project experience
• Results orientation
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation
• Good knowledge of Program Management System-Process
• Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
• Bi/Multi-lingual (fluent in English and in German)
• Ability to establish, develop and lead a team
• Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan)
• Problem solving techniques
• Strategic and analytic capabilities
