The main missions

• Animate productivity workshops, and support the plants for building and maintain their portfolio of actions to ensure the achievement of the financial targets and transversalize to all plants of their perimeter and within the VAVE organization
• Follow status and saving of each plant of the perimeter / area with Sponsors and Champions
• Maximize profitability on existing production portfolio
• Coordinate all product cost reduction or improvement modifications
• To work with all functions to propose innovations to the related customers
• Track and ensure the productivity annual budget, supervise and support productivity actions in the French or German customer plants
• Activity follow up (KPI, budget reporting) for the perimeter
• Coordination with the related CBUs customer VAVE activities
• support the commercial team in the construction of sales proposals by providing the technical costs, planning and sales arguments

Profile

• Masters degree in engineering
• job experience in technical industries (ideally in the automotive industry)
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Bi/Multi-lingual (fluent in English and in German)
• Good computer skills (MS-Office)
• Good teamplayer
• Open minded
• High accountability
• High degree of self assertion
