Missions

• Support Program teams to define processes and linked technical solutions. Ensure integration of product constraints and lessons learn.
• Manage the launching of new equipment from specifications to final acceptance (Specification, quotation, technical reviews, supplier management, acceptances…)
• Ensure the alignment with HSE rules, « Faurecia Excellence System » and Quality, cost and timing targets
• Manage relationship with programs teams to ensure product and process co-development.
• Favor standard when existing and define specific solutions when standard not applicable or not existing
• Capitalize knowledge and deploy best practices
• Release technological choices for innovations or non-standard processes through Manufacturing Validation Plans
• Support plants on technical topics and help them to solve technical issues. Contribute to competencies development.

Profile

• Engineer diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with “Lean Manufacturing” concepts.
• Ideally, a first experience in automotive industry, industrialization of new equipment and/ or special machines.
• Skills in automation, handling and parts transfer, and collaborative robots deployment.
• Additional knowledge in Metallurgy and material forming will be appreciated.
• High competencies in communication and Ability to structure and capitalize know-how.
• Networking capabilities, ability to work in a matrix organization
