Missions

• Manage the update of Localization & Integration database, based on inputs received from Global Organizational Project Managers
• Create Localization & Integration dashboard on weekly basis
• Manage the update of Global Business Model workshop schedule, including all workshops planned at local Business Unit Level
• Support the team on business migration, ensuring project plans are updated to reflect tasks to be performed in local Business Unit and provide support in the set-up of workshops for provider migration
• Provide support to the global country project managers in the update of training documentation on central SharePoint and assist in the scheduling of local workshops, as needed

Profil

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Project)
• Experience in project management /agile methodologies is beneficial
