Missions

Generic responsibilities :

Core model definitions

• Lead developments for the adaptation of the MES Systems to the Faurecia business needs
• Manage development of the communication interfaces (PDE3) and HMI (Pro-face)
• Manage development of tools for commissioning and support (Monitoring, Reporting)
• Harmonize systems across BGs and capitalize good practices.
• Ensure technological survey

Project implementation

• Ensure support to business analysts on technical topics related to system architecture
• Ensure the training and the coaching of the business analysts and project managers
• Manage a network of métiers contacts with the differents Business Groups

Specific Responsabilities :

• Lead IJCORE optimization to match with BG requirements
  
• Define standard process and data flows between PLCs and MES used within Faurecia
• Support/coordinate MII team on technical topics like OPC, PLC connectivity and data flows between PLC and MII
• To adapt and improve reliable architecture for the MES solutions focusing on shopfloor devices connectivity and interfaces (LAN, Remote Access, PLC, MII, & other interfaces).

Profile

• knowledge of the Faurecia various business, metiers and processes
• knowledge of Automation equipement: PLC, Proface, Servers, Industrial PCs, Industrial touch screens, Scanners, Printers
• knowledge of Network (Ethernet, serial) and communications protocols (modbus/tcp, Ethernet/ip, Industrial/ethernet)
• knowledge of IJCORE and PROCS Applications (IJCORE is the target solution)
  
• Capacity to innovate and manage the change
