Missions

• To support the launch of all new products.
• Be responsible for the definition, validation and industrialization of the process, taking into accountall constraints of the process.
• Plan and coordinate the product along with technical development, quality product, purchasing, production and sales.
• Implement and monitor the various milestones of PMS (Program Management System) in industrialization phase in plant.
• Participate in projects during the industrialization phase and manage the planning and the ability toProduction parts.
• With the PMS, defining the resources in terms of headcounts and skills.
• Plan and organize future flows and lay out in the plant.
• Training program team (core team) on the know-how of the product.
• Implement all changes to the production system and / or product.

Profile

• International mind set, overseas experience a plus
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
