Mission
The Plant Based Execution Manager will ensure that the aligned Plant Based acceleration plans will be implemented and executed in all channels. He is responsible to lead the full Go To Market process for NPDs and Activation plans to make sure the sales team get all material in time needed to start selling.
- Create sell in stories to launch NPD
- Manage the full sell in process (GTM definition)
- Consulting the KAM orga on selling Plant Based to the customers and in all channels
- Tracking the success of the agreed measures of all launch and promotion initiatives
- Define and deliver short term correction plan in case of needed
- Looking for any channel specific opportunity on a permanent basis
- Working closely together with Marketing & Insight Managers
- Connecting on a regular basis with the Market Strategy & Cat Man Plant Based/Dairy
- Ensure a permanent information flow btw Sales Organisation and the Plant Based Department
Profile
- Master’s degree in Business or business-related discipline
- Min 4-5 years FMCG experience with Key Account Management and/or CatMan expertise
- Know How in Shopper insights is a plus, as well as Customer and channel know how
- Able to lead and develop N-1 with influencing leadership style
- Strong analytical skills & conceptual thinking
- Financial acumen
- Open and transparent communicator
- Fact based but with inspirational mindset
- English & German in spoken and written language
