Missions

• You actively contribute to the development of new materials and products for emerging markets such as automotive, building, and life sciences
• You design experiments and support subsequent pilot and industrial trials
• You play a key role in developing and realizing innovative ideas for our life as well as our sustainable planet
  
• You collaborate effectively and proactively within multi-disciplinary teams in R&D, Production, Marketing, etc.
• You document your work thoroughly, including writing technical reports, presentations, new inventions, SOPs, and more
• You support your team by conducting literature survey and patent reviews

Profile

• You have a master’s or doctoral degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
• You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or French is a plus
• You have a strong understanding of organic-inorganic materials and expertise in material selection for diverse applications
• You bring knowledge and experience in coating technologies such as PVD and PECVD, or experience with coated products is a plus
• You are proficient in analyzing experimental data, with experience in designing experiments; knowledge of programming is an advantage
