Manager Finance (m/d/f) in Investment Planning and Controlling SWE, Paris

Key Requirements

• Successfully completed Master degree (ideally specialized in one of controlling, accounting, tax or finance)
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable position, preferably in Real Estate industry, e.g. audit company,controlling, investment management and/or accounting department
• Above-average commitment and persistence in carrying out projects and tasks in a highly transformationalenvironment
• Solutions-oriented and positive mind-set; stamina; self-initiative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Power Query. Power BI would be a plus.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, especially IFRS and French GAAP
• Spoken and written English skills are a pre-requisite. 2nd European language (Italian would be an appreciated plus).
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and persuasive power
• Used to work in a multicultural business environment
• Fund controlling/administration experience would be an appreciated plus
