Our client is an international company in the pharmaceutical industry. To support the legal department in Germany, we are looking for a:

Legal Counsel Pharmaceutical Industry German / English (m/w/x), North Rhine-Westphalia

Main tasks

• Legal support of the sales and management teams
• Negotiation, drafting and monitoring of various contracts
• Advice to the operational teams in matters of national and international law
• Advice and support on legal disputes in and out of court
• Conduct of training on legal and compliance issues for the group

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a German law degree (1. und 2. Staatsexamen) with a specialisation in contract law or corporate law
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the legal department of a pharmaceutical or chemical company
• You have excellent German and English language skills, French language skills are a plus
• You are a talented communicator and negotiator with a hands-on mentality
• You are a committed and agile team player who is willing to travel
