Missions
- A growth strategy advisor on individual travel portfolio (a variety of on-line travel strategic players (airlines, OTAs, ticket event players, …):
- developing a joint strategy mutually beneficial to AWP and the partner (geographical expansion, new channels, best practices implementation …) and giving clear guidance to cross-functional teams
- anticipating the needs and communicating them within AWP organization
- being responsible for revenue and profit
- being fully conversant with financial and strategic tools (incl. Profit & Loss analysis, marketing optimization tool, …)
- delivering best in class account management (full understanding of AWP USP, quarterly business reviews, monthly calls, attending partner event, …)
- maintaining a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions and the service the company and its competition can provide: technological and digital tools, services and products – on-line environment
- A team leader with cross-functional teams to achieve strategy and meet partner expectations while making sure functional teams understand goals and timelines
- He closely interacts with local AWP business units worldwide as well as Digital, Underwriting or Marketing teams.
- A relationship architect, building and managing external as well as internal relationship involving key stakeholders and influential contacts (build trust).
Profile
- +6 year experience in the Travel industry (travel insurance would be a +)
- Excellent knowledge of European industry players
- Fluent in English. Speaks at least another European Language
- Excellent communicator and project manager
- Sales skills – result oriented character
- Recognized leadership
- Facilitates process improvement
- Acts with transparency
- Capacity to resist to work pressure
- International Travel required
